The weather here can best be described as mild—I can't believe it's already February! I always admire gals who wear sweaters over dresses, but for some reason I've shied away from doing it—before now. The breezy, summer black and white dress under my current favorite woolen striped sweater seemed the most natural pairing in my closet.
