Polka Plaid

After seeing Tieka of Selective Potential's eye-catching mix of colorful plaid and polka dots last week, I thought it would be a fun combo to pair with my new beige wedges! Not too casual, not to dressy, perfect for a day when I'm just too sleepy to give things more than one or two thoughts. I wore a plaid blouse from New York & Co., a self-made polka dot top, Wet Seal jeans, Mossimo Target wedges, and a vintage Dooney & Bourke bag (available in my shop). That's my fashionary peeking out of the purse; I've decided I really should do that annoying little thing called practicing, if I'd like to see better sketches flow from my hand. The necklace is one of my favorites, sorry if you're tired of it! I own these shoes in black, but I wear them so often and they're so affordable and comfortable that I splurged on another pair. I hope the nude color doesn't get dirty too quickly; if so, I have a backup plan of drawing on a floral or graphic pattern, once I find a marker that won't bleed...
