By now, stylista Giovanna Battaglia hardly needs an introduction. Years ago, I read a single-page feature on her in American Vogue (or some such magazine, I couldn't locate it online and I'm too lazy to dig through my old magazines) and was very captured by the fact that she rides around on her scooter in billowy little skirts and heels and didn't have anything in her tiny studio besides a bed and dress racks.
While a sexy, sassy Italian fashion editor and I have, well, nothing in common, I am nevertheless completely mesmerized and inspired by all aspects of her style. She follows her own rules, when it comes to fashion and everything else. Hell, her last name means "battle" in Italian! Bring it on!
Loves the short skirts and bare legs
Loves not-so-basic-black: even when it's cold she still struts her stuff with red accents and killer heels...
or boots...
She wears everything you can imagine; her way. Like skinny pants and layers
And elbow length gloves
She knows the value of a pretty dress
And is preposterously good-looking in plaid and granny pants

SHE IS SO SASSY AND CHIC, J'ADORE HER STYLE!
