It's been so cold and rainy here this week that I just can't quite embrace Spring just yet! Lookbook,  stockholmstreetstyle (2, 6), streetstyleaesthetic, the sartorialist, and kate-maggie are keepin' it real[ly awesome]!

I am stunned by how fast "winter" has gone by, and how I'm almost not ready to give up the bundled up look, even though I often complain about being hindered and feeling restricted by layers upon layers. So this week, I found myself drawn to wintry looks like the last photo (style clicker), but could also appreciate the swans segue hesitantly into spring, first on chictopia and flashes of style, then via stockholm street-style, mr. newton and the streets walker.

*I don't know how the sizes got a  little wonky, but I'm sick in bed and don't feel like fixing it. I just want to snuggle up in a sleeping-bag-I-mean-coat like this one from Valentino:

Most of the country is buried in snow, yet I enjoyed a gorgeous weekend to rival any late spring

day. It's kind of confusing. But thanks to styleclicker, alltheprettybirds, and timeenoughfordrums,

I'm looking forward to getting dressed tomorrow!

I lurve the braided sweater and long gold skirt on andy via stockholm-streetstyle, while glamcanyon shows us how to wear voluminous yardage around the head, instea of the legs. Glamcanyon and streetsfsn make me a) kinda like chartreuse and b) rethink the basic "faux leopard coat" on my wishlist. Meanwhile, stockholm-streetstyle  and alltheprettybirds make me want to spend the rest of the winter in black pants, heels, and a big cozy sweater.

I don't subscribe to magazine's anymore and I'm not much of a fashion biz aficionado (I browse the collections occasionally online, later...), but I'm kind of excited that Emmanuelle Alt is now Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Paris. Yes, I just found this out recently . I was surprised when Carine Roitfeld stepped down, but then never thought anything of it. I love Emmanuelle's street style, so I'm thinking I'm gonna need to find an affordable way to get the mag!

Stockholm street-style and noir ohio vintage bring us some fierce  skinny-black-pants looks for winter, while cherry la pop from chictopia and alltheprettybirds opt for more legs despite the weather!

I love how the sartorialist (1, 4) is showing us some nice winter city looks, while stockholm street style (2, 3) shows us the gals who brave the winter wind with bared legs & cute dresses! The tromp l'oeil  skirt from vintage is the new black/facehunter makes me want to hit the road, & anna does her best to make me smile from all the pretty birds. P.S. I have those cherries dangling from my rearview.
