Big Sur Splendor

This past weekend I enjoyed a lovely day trip down Highway 1 to Big Sur for a "little" hike and picnic lunch. If I didn't quite know how unfit I was, being passed by serene elderly people while I gasped my way up slowly. The weather and views turned out to be even more spectacular than anticipated, and days later I'm growing more sore!

I am grateful.
